Once an order is turned over to the postal service we are no longer liable for any mishandling or failed delivery by the shipping service Canada Post or USPS, and we are not liable for any theft or damage incurred post-delivery. Additionally, we are not liable for any delivery problems caused by any shipping information that was given to us incorrectly.
